After interviewing a number of attorneys we decided to go with Precision Northwest Litigation for an auto accident claim. Emmanuel was very polite and straightforward with us about our case. He walked us through the whole process step by step and made sure we had realistic expectations about our outcome. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted. Thank you Emmanuel, Jill and Rachel for making this all very easy. Truly appreciate what you did for us.Posted on Google![]()

Professionally i have worked with a large number of law firms and attorneys. Both small and large international firms. After an accident two years ago, which I earnestly tried to settle myself, it became impossible to not engage a good attorney. I have found that Emmanuel Miller, ESQ.has been exceptional in every way. He does his homework, stays calm, very knowledgeable in his field and is very honest. It is not often that one can write a review and feel confident about their recommendation, that is not the case here.Posted on Google![]()

I'd give 4.5 for a headache outside the firm's control but one I wasn't notified of until I became irate and worked my way up. However I still give 4.5 stars. Brian and Kathleen were both fantastic for my probate case, replies and instructions were prompt and available. Brian and Kathleen both did a great job explaining to me, an Idaho resident, how Oregon probate works. Which is a much different and longer process than Idaho's. Aside a couple minor hiccups due to state lines everything was smooth and painless. Zero problems recommending Brian Beck of Miller and Hopp for probate cases and anything else he practices in.Posted on Google![]()

We cannot thank Brian Beck enough. We were going through a really stressful situation and Brian solved the issue within 3 days. He represented us and provided the best possible outcome. We recommend Brian to any of our friends and family. His empathy, understanding, and experience won our trust and we are glad we went with Brian!Posted on Google![]()

How the reviews on this page are loaded
The reviews above are not typed into this site. They are pulled from the firm’s Google Business Profile by a reviews widget each time the page loads, with the star rating, the reviewer’s name and profile photo, and the date as Google shows them. Google decides which reviews appear and in what order; we can choose how many to show, not which ones. If you want the full list, including anything the widget did not fit, open the firm’s profile on Google Maps and read them there.
Why we don’t choose which reviews you see
A review page is only useful if you can check it. Hand-picked quotes with a first name and no link are impossible to verify, so we do not use them. Showing the feed as Google serves it means a critical review would appear here alongside the rest, and that is the point: what you read is what any stranger would find by searching, not a selection. It also keeps the page honest as reviews come in, without anyone at the firm deciding what to leave out.
What people describe most often
Read enough of them and three themes repeat. The first is communication: people say their calls and messages were answered, that they were told what was happening and why, and that they were not left guessing between updates. The second is preparation: that the case was worked as if it would be tried, and that the insurer’s posture changed once it was clear the firm was ready to do that.
The third is being treated as a person rather than a file. Reviewers describe an attorney who remembered the details of their life, took the insurance company off their plate during a hard stretch and explained the trade-offs of a settlement instead of pushing one. Those are the same three things we would ask you to judge us on, and they are visible in the reviews without our having to say them.
Leaving a review of your own
When your case is over, search for Precision Litigation Northwest on Google Maps, open the profile and choose Write a review. You need a Google account; the review posts under the name on that account, and you can edit or remove it later. Reviews are read by people at the start of a claim, so the most useful ones describe what the process was like week to week, what surprised you and what you would tell someone who is where you were. There is no length requirement; a few honest lines help.
If you dealt with the firm on behalf of a spouse, parent or child, you can leave a review too; say what your role was so the next reader understands the perspective. Please leave other people in the case out of it by name, and keep to what you saw the firm do rather than what the other side did wrong.
Reading reviews against your own case
A review describes what happened for one person with one set of injuries, one insurer and one set of facts. Prior results and prior experiences do not promise the same outcome in your case, and no review can tell you what your claim is worth. Reviews written under the firm’s former name, Miller & Hopp, describe the same attorney and the same office and are shown as written. If something you read raises a question, the free consultation is the place to ask it: 541-948-8830.
When we ask for a review
We ask once, and only after a case has closed. Asking earlier would put a client in the position of rating a firm that still holds their file, and a review written mid-case describes hope rather than a result. When the settlement statement is signed and the money is out, we send a link to the Google profile and leave it there. Nobody follows up, nobody offers anything for a review and nobody asks what it will say. If a client would rather not write one, that is the end of it.
Why a named-reviewer average means more than a wall of five stars
A page of anonymous five-star quotes proves only that someone typed them. The rating shown above is Google’s own average across every review the firm has received, including the ones that are not glowing, and each one carries a real account and a date. An average below a perfect score is what an unedited record looks like. When you compare firms, look for the same things: a rating you can open on Google, names attached, a spread of dates rather than a burst, and reviews that describe a process rather than repeat a slogan.
Reading a review about a different kind of case than yours
Most reviews come from car crash cases, because most cases are. If yours is a fall, a dog attack or a defective product, read past the case type to what the reviewer describes: whether calls were returned, whether the insurer was handled, whether the person felt informed. Those parts of the work do not change with the type of case. What does change is the law and the evidence, and for that the practice page for your case type is the better read. A review tells you how the firm treats people; the practice page tells you how it handles the claim.
Frequently asked questions
Are these reviews from real clients?
Yes. They are Google reviews written by people the firm has represented, shown here with the first name and last initial as posted. We don’t write, edit or pay for reviews. Results and experiences vary from case to case, and a review describes one person’s case, not a promise about yours.
Why do some reviews mention a different firm name?
Because they were written before the firm took its current name. Precision Litigation Northwest is the same attorney, the same office on Mount Washington Drive and the same approach; only the name changed. Reviews under the old name are part of the firm’s record, so they stay on this page as written.
Can I leave a review after my case?
Yes, and it helps the next person who is searching at 2 a.m. for a lawyer in Bend. Google is the easiest place. Say what you found useful and what you would want someone in your position to know. Please leave out medical details and settlement amounts; those are yours to keep private.
What do past clients say working with the firm is like?
The words that come up are responsive, professional and approachable: the attorney answered the phone, explained things plainly and took the insurance company off their plate. That is what we aim for on every case. If you want to know what it would be like for yours, call 541-948-8830 and find out on a free consultation.
